Watermelon juice with a pinch of salt and quarter a teaspoon of chat masala blended, poured into your fav tumbler, without using any strainer( to prevent the loss of the dietary fiber) ,  garnish with the lovely as well as healthy n refreshing mint leaves and just relax in your recliner and sip!! 

Regarding the nutritional information, as the name suggests Watermelon has about 91% of water. The red colour not only gives it a dashing appearance but it is due Lycopene, a carotenoid phytonutrient, which is actually important for your bones as well as your heart.  It is actually one of the high lycopene containing foods.

           Watermelon is rich in Vitamin C, A, B5, B6 etc.. And guess what!! Worried of your dry skin! Grab a bowl of watermelon pieces daily or every alternate day..The Vitamin A content in it will help in moisturising your skin and hair as well. Fab!! Isn't it..
